Event description

Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop designed to generate conversations around anti-racism. Through the online game, Between the Lines, participants will experience the frustration, disappointment, and continued cycle of everyday racism, prompting reflection on their own experiences.

What to expect:
This workshop is designed to foster meaningful dialogue and raise awareness of racism.

Please note basic computer literacy is required.

This workshop will be offered in two separate sessions. Each session runs for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Session 1: 1:00pm-2:15pm
Session 2: 2:45pm-4:00pm
You’ll be able to select your preferred session at the point of registration.

Between the Lines was funded by the Anti-Racism Hallmark Research Initiative. It is a result of a collaboration between researchers and academics from the University of Melbourne, Swinburne University, the University of Regina (Canada), with contributions from game designer Nick Loki and artist Marco Ryan.
