Beyond Breath at Moore Street Yoga
Event description
Breathwork is rapidly becoming a household term used to help one overcome inner conflict and create space to initiate purpose driven action. Beyond breath is a breathwork practice that not only takes you through a deep transformative breathwork session, but it also reflects a community that will be there to help you stay true to your self beyond the breathwork experience. This event we are delighted to be partnering with Moore St. Yoga.
The event will consist of a one hour yoga practice lead by the one and only Kathryn Watson followed by a one hour conscious connected breath practice with Jackson Merritt
Conscious Connected breathwork can have powerful physiological and psychological effects on the body. You can experience sweating, shivering and uncontrollable emotions. It can be a transformative experience and it can also be a mild experience. Breathwork can induce sensitive flow-states. Flow states are positive for the brain and mind however there is a sense of timelessness and spacelessness that can feel overwhelming. Breathwork conducted under a safe, competent guide can bring remarkable life-long changes.
