Beyond the Mat is a beautiful way to show your support and donate to such a worthy cause- Beyond Blue. Everyone knows someone or has experienced their own mental health challenges. This event gives you the opportunity to support the mental health of others by taking care of your own in this 90 minute blissful Yin & Sound event.
