Beyond The Pattern - Women's Immersive Experience
Description
What to expect
This is not a sit and listen workshop where you simply absorb more information about yourself.
You’ll be guided through a combination of teaching, reflection, connection and embodied practices designed to help you move from understanding yourself intellectually to experiencing yourself differently.
Throughout the 4 hours, we will explore:
✨ Teaching + self-reflection
You’ll learn why we create protective patterns, why we intellectualise our emotions, and how the unconscious mind influences the way we think, feel and behave.
You’ll then be guided through reflective questions and journaling prompts to help you explore your own patterns, protective parts and the emotions underneath them.
✨ Connection + being witnessed
Through guided connection exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to practise being seen, heard and accepted without needing to perform or present a “perfect” version of yourself.
✨ Somatic movement
We’ll move out of the mind and into the body through gentle, intuitive movement practices designed to help you reconnect with your emotions, expression and inner experience.
✨ Breathwork journey
We’ll finish with a guided breathwork experience to support emotional release, deeper connection and integration.
You will be given space afterwards to gently return, regulate and integrate what came up for you.
