Accessibility, adjustments, disability, neurodivergence, and inclusion aren’t just buzz words. They’re a vital part of the screen industry ecosystem.

When implemented correctly, accessibility opens up pathways for industry practitioners and stakeholders to create opportunities to thrive. Adjustments bring job-sharing and multiply the ideas gateway, whilst inclusion sees different skillsets strengthen the onset culture and production outcomes.

Building upon 2025’s Beyond Tokenism discussions, this year’s panel dig beyond the solutions to the nitty-gritty of who, what, when, where, and how. Across all forms of media, we find where the authentic representation exists, how we can do better, what productions need, who got it right, and where the Australian industry is headed.
