Event description

Innovation, Strategy, and SMEs

This event can be attended either in person or virtually.

Queen’s University Belfast warmly welcomes you to the second seminar and workshop in the Building Innovation Capability series for SMEs. In this session, we bring research and industry perspectives on strategy:

  • Open Strategy for the SME
  • Strategy for Entrepreneurial Firms
  • Going Digital – how can digital tools sustain success?

These sessions will be addressed through research and industry insights. This event is aimed at small business owners and managers as the target audience, with a particular focus on taking a strategic approach to innovation in SMEs. Our interactive workshop on digital tools will provide you with practical insights and explore some practical approaches to understanding how technologies can support your strategy and strengthen your firm.
