A Framework Approach for Innovation Management in SMEs

This event can be attended either in person or virtually.

Technological University Dublin is delighted to host the first seminar and workshop in the Building Innovation Capability series for SMEs.  In this introductory seminar and follow-on workshop we will address:

  • Understanding innovation goals in the SME
  • Frameworks for innovation management
  • The role of SME leadership in innovation management

Led by:

Dr Claire McBride, Head of Enterprise Academy/Convene Lead, Technological University Dublin

Paul O’Reilly, Head of GROWTHhub, Technological University Dublin

These topics will be addressed through a mix of academic and practitioner speakers aimed at small business owners and managers as the target audience, with a particular focus on practical toolkits and frameworks that can be applied in the SME. You will also have the opportunity to explore some practical approaches to understanding your enterprise innovation capability in a workshop.

You can attend the day as a standalone event or as a follow-up to the previous seminars in the series. Each workshop in this series is designed as a standalone session, meaning attendance at previous workshops is not required to benefit from any individual session. Participants are welcome to attend as many or as few as they choose.
