Welcome to the sixth edition of Bienestar 360 Down Under Wellness!

This month, we invite you to experience "The Language of the Body: Connection, Art & Inner Sovereignty", a unique journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the healing power of movement, creativity, and mindful connection.

This quarterly women's wellness program is proudly organised by Angie Mackay and Irela Aqua & Fitness, continuing their mission of creating meaningful spaces where migrant women in Brisbane can prioritise their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing while building genuine community connections.

For this special edition, we are delighted to collaborate with Kynthos Espacio de Sanación, bringing together a team of passionate facilitators who will guide you through an immersive experience of movement, creativity, self-expression, and inner connection.

What You Will Experience in "The Language of the Body: Connection, Art & Inner Sovereignty"

Life often keeps us busy, disconnected from our bodies and emotions. This immersive wellness morning invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect through mindful movement, creative expression, and shared experiences.

Throughout the morning, you'll be gently guided through a series of activities designed to help you release tension, awaken creativity, strengthen human connection, and return home to yourself.

What's Included:

🌸 Connection Through Art

Experience a mindful body painting activity where you'll exchange symbolic artwork with a partner as a way of sharing intentions, kindness, and human connection.

💃 Conscious Movement & Dance Flow

Enjoy a guided somatic movement experience with live music designed to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and allow your body to express itself freely—whether dancing, stretching, or simply being present.

🧘 Reflection & Integration

Participate in a supportive sharing circle where you'll have the opportunity to reflect on your experience in a safe, judgment-free environment.

🎨 Clay Creation Workshop

Reconnect with your creativity by working with clay as a symbol of transformation, resilience, and personal empowerment.

Meet Our Facilitators

Angie Mackay

Co-founder of Bienestar 360 Down Under Wellness, beauty and wellness specialist, dedicated to empowering women through holistic self-care and community connection.

Irene Lalana

Founder of Irela Aqua & Fitness and co-founder of Bienestar 360 Down Under Wellness, passionate about helping women improve their health through movement, fitness, and holistic wellbeing.

Kynthos Espacio de Sanación

Our collaborating wellness partner for this edition, bringing a unique approach to emotional wellbeing, conscious movement, creativity, and body awareness.

Julieth de Robelto

Creative facilitator leading the symbolic body art experience, encouraging presence, connection, and non-verbal expression through mindful painting.

Sindy

Facilitator from Kynthos Espacio de Sanación, guiding the conscious movement experience and the integration circle, creating a safe space for emotional exploration and reflection.
