About the whole day:

The whole day will go from 12 - 5pm. Come for one session or stay for the day! There will be a pop-up Affirmation Station where you browse gender affirming clothing, a hang out space, quiet space and tea and coffee available. Book into individual sessions to secure your spot!

About the session: Are you wanting to get a new binder, try a binder on for the first time or are you just wanting binder fitting tips from a professional with lived experience? This will be your chance to ask any questions, get some useful tips, try on binders and even buy some! Come with your questions and Luke will provide the answers. There will be a range of secondhand binders for free and new binders by Sock Drawer Heroes available to try on and purchase.

About the facilitator: Luka Ritter (he/they) is a queer transmasculine Occupational Therapist living in Naarm (Melbourne) currently working at Ability Rehab, a small family-owned allied health practice. Luka’s clinical work includes providing support to people wanting to explore goals relating to gender affirmation, healthy relationships, sexuality, and sexual health; and they are a current member of the Australian Professional Association for Transgender Health (AusPATH).  Luka also has experience in providing mental health, OT, and peer support services across many different organisations and settings including hospitals, community outreach, and residential mental health.
