Event description

Dance, social connection and music that lights up your vital energy and ignites your spark for life. Biodanza is inspired by life, biology, human sciences and the arts.

Everyone can do it.

“Biodanza is about learning to dance with life and rediscovering the pleasure of living.” Born in South America, today Biodanza is enjoyed all over the world!

You don't need to have any experience. If you like moving to music, this is for you. Biodanza invites you to awaken your innate joy, to move away from stress and towards vitality and presence.

There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to do it. It is a space for you to enjoy the freedom of expression, to connect with your body and be more present with yourself and others.

In a Biodanza session you will experience different rhythms and inspiring music specifically chosen from around the world to re vitalise you from the inside out.

SPRING SERIES

6:30 - 8:00 pm starting on Tuesday November 8 (Note: There will be no class on Tuesday 29 November) This series finished on Tuesday December 20.

As you attend regular Biodanza classes, it becomes a new way of living – putting life first by connecting from your heart. This deepens your connection with what is truly important to you in Life. In this way, Biodanza becomes a system of personal and human development.

**What to bring & wear

A bottle or water and wear comfortable layered clothing. You are invited to dance barefoot or wear non slip socks.

**What do you need to know

You don't need to have any experience or coordination.
There will be brief introduction about Biodanza.
It is a facilitator guided movement class. The facilitator shows the "spirit" of the movement and then you are invited to do you own free interpretation.
The event is for adults (18+)

FIRST CLASS IS FREE (If you haven't attended a previous taster or a Biodanza class)

3 Class pass - $60

Individual class - $25
