MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS:
Bonnie Hu:Bonnie is the owner of Index Studio and Skin Moment, two beauty studios dedicated to natural beauty and holistic wellness. Her journey began with a personal struggle to feel confident in her skin after moving to a new country and adapting to a different culture. Initially drawn to makeup as a way to blend in socially and to be seen as “trendy”, Bonnie found her starting point in the beauty industry. A decade later, she rediscovered that true beauty comes from within—rooted in inner self-confidence, personal growth, skills and knowledge, relationships with friends and family, and the care we give to our physical and mental well-being.Now, Bonnie is committed to creating spaces where women can feel beautiful in their own skin, free from the pressure to change their appearance or to conform to unrealistic ideals of "flawless" beauty. Her interests have also evolved to include yoga, breathwork, freediving, and surfing, leading her to embark on a new chapter as a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator.
Alice Rich:Alice is all about helping people find joy in movement—she doesn’t do detoxes and has a love-hate relationship with lycra. Every ‘body’ is an incredible thing to be celebrated exactly how it is right now. It isn't about making ourselves smaller, it's about taking up space, confidently and with pride. Alice started working in the fitness industry back in 2014. She loves to move, laugh, and rest and holds qualifications in nutrition, fitness instruction and exercise prescription, Animal Flow, Contemporary & Restorative Yoga, barre, and more. She currently teaches reformer pilates at STRONG in Newmarket and is the Editor of Urban List NZ.
Hela Ireland:Hela is a passionate breathwork and yoga teacher, dedicated ti guiding others on their journey of healing and self-discovery. Through her teachings, she creates a safe and nurturing space where people can connect deeply with themselves, finding a sense of home and peace within. Hela is also a Reiki Master and enjoys sharing these tools to help others find the love within themselves. She is excited to connect with you all and be a part of your special day. |
