Welcome to BLOOM - A year-end celebration held outdoors, under the expansive sky adorned by twinkling stars, firmly grounded in the gentle embrace of the earth.

This is a space where you can be in your body, express yourself freely, and connect with others in the community. Through the power of music, sound, and sacred cacao, we will guide you on a transformative journey to your heart.

What to Expect:

Cacao Ceremony & Meditation:
The cacao ceremony will provide a space for us to reflect on the growth we have experienced throughout the past year. Cacao, known as "the food of the Gods," is a powerful and sacred plant medicine that has been used ceremonially for thousands of years across Central and South America. The ceremonial cacao spirit brings us into communion with the moment, co-creating a ceremony of dance and connection.

Ecstatic Dance with DJ Set:
After the cacao ceremony, we will transition into ecstatic dance, a practice where all movement is celebrated with no set routines, steps, or guidance. Free movement expression allows us to loosen up and be comfortable in our bodies and personalities. Through dance and connection to the rhythm of the beats, we will celebrate the growth and transformation we have experienced, allowing ourselves to fully bloom, letting go of what doesn’t serve us, and embodying our true selves.

Sound Healing Journey:
Through the use of various instruments and vibrations, we will listen to the whispers of our hearts and connect with our deepest desires and intentions. This practice allows us to align our energy and set clear intentions for the year to come, empowering us to manifest our dreams.

Community and Sharing:
We will gather in a community circle where we will honor and acknowledge each other's journeys.

Your hosts:

Sophie, an ardent music enthusiast and DJ, discovered enchantment and significance in the realm of sound and vibration. Following her training in sound healing, she directed her focus toward creating sonic experiences, utilizing a fusion of instruments. From shamanic drums, Tibetan and crystal bowls, wind chimes to ocean drums, this harmonious interplay of melodies and frequencies is designed to evoke a sense of lightness and relaxation while stimulating your auditory sense and curiosity.

Carolina is a yoga and meditation teacher. She is a space holder who loves to share her passion and wisdom with others. She runs cacao and full moon ceremonies, meditation sessions, and yoga classes. She uses different healing techniques and through her deep connection with this sacred heart medicine, she creates a sacred and safe space for you to connect with your soul.
