BLOOM- ECSTATIC DANCE, CACAO CEREMONY AND SOUND HEALING

Welcome to BLOOM - a safe cocoon where you can be in your body, move freely, and journey within. Through the power of music, sound, and sacred cacao, we will guide you into opening the petal of your heart to connect to yourself and to others. For the third edition we conjured an enchanting haven amidst nature, nestled in the picturesque North Head Q Station. Imagine yourself twirling in a glasshouse, embraced by the warm, amber hues of the sun as it dips into the serene waters of Sydney Harbour.

What to Expect:

~Cacao Ceremony & Meditation

Cacao, known as "the food of the Gods," is a powerful and sacred plantmedicine that has been used ceremonially for thousands of years acrossCentral and South America. The ceremonial cacao spirit brings us into communion with the moment, co-creating a ceremony of dance and connection.

~Ecstatic Dance with DJ Set

After the cacao ceremony, we will transition into ecstatic dance, a practice where all movement is celebrated with no set routines, steps, or guidance. Free movement expression allows us to loosen up to anchor ourself in the moment, to shake out of our system what needs to be released.

~Sound Healing Journey

As the sun set and the tempo of the beats slowdown, you are invited to come into stillness and to tune into the soothing vibration and frequency of a sound healing journey. Held by the vibration of various instruments you will be transported into a deep state of meditation and relaxation.

Sophie, an ardent music enthusiast and DJ, discovered enchantment and significance in the realm of sound and vibration. Following her training in sound healing, she directed her focus toward creating sonic experiences, utilizing a fusion of instruments. From shamanic drums, Tibetan and crystal bowls, wind chimes to ocean drums, this harmonious interplay of melodies and frequencies is designed to evoke a sense of lightness and relaxation while stimulating your auditory sense and curiosity. Carolina is a yoga and meditation teacher. She is a space holder who loves to share her passion and wisdom with others. She runs cacao and full moon ceremonies, meditation sessions, and yoga classes. She uses different healing techniques and through her deep connection with this sacred heart medicine, she creates a sacred and safe space for you to connect with your soul.
