8.30am Arrival and wander through the stunning rainforest of Highgarden Estate to the clearing
9am – Kick Off and Welcome to Highgarden Estate by host Sam Youngman and Facilitator, Bianca Park (BJ) from AusIndustry's Entrepreneurs' Programme. A virtual welcome from the Chief Entrepreneur QLD, Julia Spicer who is also on the board of Motherland Australia.

Chris Edwards will run a masterclass on "Scaling your business for growth," Chris Brazel will run a unique workshop on the the "Power of Energy" - you and your brand's numerology, feng shui and the science of semiotics - learn how to create flow in your business through energy. Finally you will get a chance to have a moment of creativity drawing on your inspirational surroundings - paint, draw, mould or journal.

Galah's editor Annabelle Hickson fell in love with a handsome farmer from western NSW so she thought she’d give it a shot. Annabelle wrote a regular monthly column at Country Style Magazine and published a book A Tree in the House (Hardie Grant) that has been translated into three languages and sold all over the world. She began to learn what it was to be part of a community, all in it together. Everywhere she looked she saw smart, clever and resilient people who talked about opportunities instead of limitations. This was in stark contrast to the simple-country-people stereotypes she’d bought into in the city. Annabelle wanted to hear stories that reflected her own sense of luck at being able to live out of the city. She wanted to read about beauty and freedom and opportunities. She wanted a publication that assumed people in regional Australia were a smart and increasingly diverse lot, who cared about community and creativity and the environment, as well as profitability. And she wanted a publication that acted as a bridge between the city and country divide. So she made Galah.
Odette Barry - Odette & Co
Odette Barry is a publicist and PR mentor and founder of micro PR agency Odette & Co based out of Byron Bay. Odette is a storyteller who loves nothing more than helping businesses share their stories through traditional media. Chris Edwards - Founder of Launchpad and Honeycombers
Chris is a serial entrepreneur having started her first business in 2008 at 28 years of age — a lifestyle media platform: Honeycombers. Honeycombers is now the go-to lifestyle resource for locals, expats and tourists alike across Singapore, Hong Kong and Bali. In January 2022, Chris launched Launchpad - an entrepreneurial community business group, designed to help small businesses thrive through community, peer mentoring and coaching. Laura FRANK – Alt Country Singer and Digital Director Orange Schmorange
Laura Frank is an Alt Country Singer with 3 Number one DIY Music Videos who lives in a house that she built out of recycled materials in the Scenic Rim with her Dad, partner Nick, Cat - Kevin Bacon, 2 dogs - Dennis & Winnie, 2 goats - Stanley & Ebony & a whole lot of love. Her recent singles reached the top 10 in the Australian Country Music Charts. During 2022 Laura and Nick diversified their business and set up a digital production agency called Orange Schmorange where they produce content for brands leveraging their skillsets. Laura FRANK was announced as the Most Promising Future Star at the 2023 Australian Country Music Awards in Tamworth. Laura is one to watch, on the rise and a fierce businesswoman dedicated to making a successful career for herself
Chris Brazel - Author, Speaker, Transformation Consultant
Chris is the The Master of Transformation helping businesses turnaround by unlocking the science and semiotics of energy. She's the author of 15 books about how to create positive change in your life including "Change the colour of your undies, change your life." She is a regular feature on TV talk shows and radio giving insights in peoples subconscious - how their environment is a direct reflection of what is going on in their brain. She has practical tools and tips on how to implement small changes in your world to train your brain and reap the rewards in your business. Chris will be running a hands-on workshop as part of her Transformation Programme on how to shift the energy and get in to that "flow" state. Everyone knows what it feels like when you're out of sync, Chris is the one that can get you back on track and in the flow.

Rowena has over 25 years of innovation, business growth and trade facilitation experience across a wide range of industries and disciplines in both Australia and internationally. With postgraduate and undergraduate business tertiary qualifications, Rowena has also previously worked with the Qld Chamber of Commerce & Industry; the Maltese-Australian Chamber of Commerce abroad; and within the property development and telecommunications industries in Australia. Rowena is passionate about assisting the entrepreneurial spirit of innovative companies to soar, and she plays an integral part in facilitating such growth for regional businesses and communities.
Sam Youngman - Custodian and Creative Director of Highgarden Estate
Sam Youngman calls herself the’ very lucky custodian’ of Highgarden Estate which is a third generation property owned and established by the Youngman family. The 100-year-old Estate is perched atop the eastern escarpment of Tamborine Mountain, offering rare and unparalleled views from Stradbroke Island to Byron Bay. The 25-acre property combines rainforests, manicured gardens, avocado orchards, and open lawns to create a truly unique setting. The story of Highgarden Estate has seen many evolutions since its establishment in the early 1900’s. Throughout its time the estate has played host to thousands of people who have walked through the open gardens and enjoyed concerts, weddings and many other events. But most importantly, it has been a warm family home to generations of owners. Each layer has added to the rich history of the property. Sam & her husband Ian have returned home after 12 years abroad with a wish to continue the legacy of making the gardens and views accessible to others to enjoy by creating unique experiences and events that bring people together with nature in an awe-inspiring environment.
Bianca Park BJ - Strengthening Business Facilitator, AusIndustry Entrepreneurs' Programme
Bianca is a Strengthening Business Facilitator for AusIndustry's Entrepreneurs' Programme and the Founder of Raw Innovation, a global innovation company helping big businesses grow. She is the most energising and engaging facilitator you'll ever meet, obsessed with bringing the best out of people. Her passion and energy is contagious! She has worked across every industry from FMCG, Banking & Finance, Infrastructure, Construction, Pharmaceuticals, Health and turned businesses around from $-8M EBIT to $52M through simple strategies and innovative ideas. In the past 9mths she has applied her "big business skills" to small to medium businesses in the Scenic Rim and Southern Downs to see amazing results. She’s originally from the country and a trained suicide first aid counsellor. Seeing the extreme exhaustion in her region from business owners was devastating after fires, flood and covid but she also saw the incredible talent of some very powerful industrious women. This inspired her to create an event where women felt empowered, inspired and engaged to take their business to new heights and hence Bloom Inc was born with the support of the Tamborine Mountain Chamber of Commerce, Scenic Rim Council, DESBT, AusIndustry and host, Sam Youngman from Highgarden Estate.
