    You are welcome to the showcase of the 2018 Vintage release of Domaines Albert Bichot, a Burgundian Wine Producer founded in 1851.

    Includes:
    Glass of Biodynamic Vadin-Plateau Champagne on arrival,
    4 course - carefully curated, long Lunch by Dylan Cashman
    Matching Albert Bichot Wines
    An informative afternoon learning about wines of Burgundy with host, Leigh Dryden.

    Scallop Sashimi, Macadamia Nuts, Finger Lime & Sorrel Granita

    Chicken Parfait Tart, Apple Cider Jelly, Cucumber, Raw & Pickled Carrots

    Wagyu Rump Cap, Assiette of mushroom, watercress, potato puree and jus
