This installment of Blue Door Sundays embraces the incredible food and vibe Southern USA. Executive Chef Dylan Cashman will guide people through his interpretation of some of the dishes he enjoyed when visiting what he believes to be the best culinary region of the USA. 

You will enjoy a drink on arrival, 5-course Producer Focused Degustation plus snacks, Wine pairing, and jive to the sounds of Sam Weiss, one of Sydney's most in-demand sax players.
