Step into a 90-minute Blue Lotus Dreamscape Sound Journey - a sacred space of deep rest, gentle breathwork, meditation and journaling, supported by organic blue lotus tea and our signature Reiki-imbued Lotus mist.

This immersive ritual is designed to calm the nervous system, soften the body, and guide you into a state of inner stillness and expanded awareness.

Held as a restorative journey of reconnection, you will be guided with soothing vibrations and layered therapeutic sounds of Peter Hess bowls, Meinl chimes and ocean drum to support the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite the body into rest.

This is a beautiful opportunity to pause from the busyness of life, release, tension, and held in a sacred space.

Perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional balance, relaxation, or a deeper sense of inner calm. A dreamlike descent into stillness and reflection.
