You're invited to join this special Blue Lotus Sound Healing & Meditation, a deeply restorative session that will leave you feeling grounded and at peace.

WHEN: Sunday 19th May 2024 at 4:00PM.

WHERE: 30A Griffith St, Coolangatta (Upstairs in The Clear Skies Project Studio)

BRING: Anything for your added comfort! You may wish to bring a yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow, water bottle or journal. Please arrive promptly by 3:55pm to ensure we commence on time at 4pm.

WHAT TO EXPECT: We'll start with a sacred tea ceremony while we sip on some beautiful blue lotus tea, followed by a one-hour guided meditation and sound healing journey. 

WHAT IS BLUE LOTUS? Egyptian Blue lotus tea is a herbal infusion made from the flowers of the blue lotus plant, known as Nymphaea Caerulea. Revered for its calming and euphoric properties, blue lotus tea has been used for centuries in various sacred ceremonies. It contains alkaloids such as nuciferine and aporphine, which are known for their calming and mildly psychoactive effects. Blue lotus is safe, and is known to induce a state of relaxation and heightened awareness. When incorporated into meditation practices, blue lotus tea can facilitate a deeper sense of tranquility and focus, helping quiet the mind, alleviate stress, and enhance spiritual exploration by promoting a sense of inner peace and clarity. The effects of consuming blue lotus include enhanced feelings of relaxation, mild euphoria, and an increased sense of well-being. You may also experience enhanced sensory perception, including heightened visual acuity and auditory sensitivity (AKA enhanced dreams and downloads!).
