Body-Mind Centering® in Kangaroo Valley Weekend Immersion
Description
Body-Mind Centering® (BMC®), is a guided somatic movement practice that invites an exploration of your body-mind in motion. Drawing on the lived experience of your anatomy and physiology, the practice can open up new pathways of movement that are enjoyable and relaxing.
Benefits could include a greater range of motion, increased self awareness, connection to community, varied experiences from relaxing and contemplative to dynamic and enlivening.
Anyone can participate, no prior experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring a journal if you like to write/draw.
