Designed for bodyworkers, dancers and all other curious practitioners of movement alike, this immersive experience offers a space to cultivate presence, empathy, and self-discovery. Led by the principles of the 12 threads of Zenthai Shiatsu, this training delves into the intricacies between sinew and tissue, guiding you to pay attention to your intention behind every movement. Through experiential learning and mindful practice, you'll uncover the power of therapeutic touch and intention, unlocking new dimensions of healing and connection.

NOTE:
Dress in loose clothing and bring layers (givers will get warm/receivers will get cool!). No other materials necessary. Zenthai Bodywork is a practice done on mats on the floor with no oils. It’s also advised to be well-hydrated before arrival and to avoid eating a large meal right before class time.
