I remember when I was running my first retail store and I was talking to my very first business Mentor. At the time, I was running the store on my own and she suggested that I hire a team to help me. At that point I asked myself “who am I to run a team? Am I ready to teach my jewellery to others and grow my brand?” All this doubt came up about what could happen and I started to feel like an imposter.

Yet when I moved past the insecurities and took on the advice of my mentor to hire the team, I was able to free myself up to be more in my magic and my brand changed dramatically. I stopped blocking my own potential and let go of the doubt around sharing my bigger message. So I hired the team and scaled from $10k per month to $50k per month within 4 months and boldly stepped beyond what I thought was possible as a handmade jewellery business.

I believe we all have a gift inside us which is our magnetism, and when we hold back from showing all of us as women, we are not fully embracing our unique essence and therefore capping our potential. 

As women who are leaders, when we are boldly expressed we give others the permission to do the same and bring our gifts forward to the world.

We need to let go of the fear of being seen and being heard, to come into our full expression and become the magnetic women.
