You are invited to be guided through this very powerful Himalayan Kundalini Kriya practice. From a yogic perspective, Kriya is considered the most transformative practice for breaking through blockages, limitations, fear and self doubt. Karma is action that creates bondage. Kriya is action that creates liberation and freedom! In this workshop Starley calls upon the ancient wisdom of the Yog-Vedantic teachings, where she has spent time abroad in the Himalayas, learning from Himalayan Master, Anand Mehrotra.
Develop insight through this 2 hour expansive integrative journey with Starley, as she completely transforms your energetic and emotional state. She will be using breath mastery, movement, postures, dance and more. We will work with Kriya to activate our Kundalini energy, which allows us to operate at our highest potential, bringing us back into alignment, so we can access our true inner power.

Please bring a towel and swimmers if you are doing cold therapy after the practice. You can also go in the ice bath in your yoga wear. Cold therapy is optional and up to the individual. All yoga mats, blocks and bolsters are supplied for our guests.
