You are invited to be guided through this very powerful Himalayan Kundalini Kriya practice. From a yogic perspective, Kriya is considered the most transformative practice for breaking through blockages, limitations, fear and self doubt. Karma is action that creates bondage. In this workshop Starley calls upon the ancient wisdom of the Yog-Vedantic teachings, where she has spent time abroad in the Himalayas, learning from Himalayan Master, Anand Mehrotra.

Please bring a towel and swimmers if you are doing cold therapy after the practice. You can also go in the ice bath in your yoga wear. Cold therapy is optional and up to the individual. All yoga mats, blocks and bolsters are supplied for our guests.
