Trevor Bailey is described in the Contributor’s Column of Meanjin magazine as 'a middle-aged jury court hack who aspires to writing verse as penance for the hurt he does our language at work’. All that’s changed about Trevor Bailey is his age. His poems and short stories also appear in other publications such as Quadrant, Studio, Spur, Bar News and 4W32, 33 and 34. He lives on acreage in the Riverina with his wife and their assorted animals.
