Boundaries Part Two
Description
Overwhelmed or stuck? These embodied workshops use movement, breath, song, and relational practices to release stress, creating space for support and reconnection with yourself and community.
In Boundaries 2 we will practice listening to and communicating our inner yes no and maybe, and restoring a sense of aliveness, connection, and creative flow.
This space says No to fear, disconnection, oppression, "perfection" and performance culture—and Yes to connection, wholeness, aliveness, and joy.
This workshop and song circle is for Covid-cautious participants (masks and negative rapid test required; HEPA filtration provided). Sliding scale; space is limited.
This is not therapy! However, it is trauma informed, and consent-centered: everything offered is invitational, you can always choose to participate or observe. Facilitation is rooted in collective care and liberation practices like Somatics, Psychodrama, and Interplay.
Important note:
Please aim to arrive by 3:55-4 PM to settle in, as the circle will open promptly at 4 and end at 7 pm.
The door will be locked at 4:10 PM and you will not be able to get in if you come at that time or later.
