As part of Women’s Health Week, we’d love to invite you to join our special boxing class! A fun and energising way to look after both body and mind. Boxing is a fantastic workout for wellbeing, helping to release stress, boost your mood, and build confidence, all while improving strength and coordination. No matter if you’re brand new to boxing or have some experience, this class is open to everyone. It’s all about feeling strong, supported, and empowered.
