Chef Luke Scheidl has curated a four-course dining experience designed to complement a specially selected collection of Brand’s Laira wines. Throughout the evening, Brooke will guide guests through a selection of current vintages alongside special museum pours from our wine library – offering a rare opportunity to taste some of the wines that have helped shape the Brand’s Laira story.
