Event description
'Live' Podcast Recording with Laila Elizabeth Risdon, CEO and Founder of Indigo Brave
Back in September 2023 Zena Me founded an Eldership Business Skool to support and guide those pioneers who felt ready to step onto the path of Eldership, particularly in their work / life.
The purpose of the Skool was to create a Safe Community to help Coaches, Consultants and Leaders find their unique Eldership Niche so that they could, as Mark Silver would say:
"Build an (Eldership) Business as a Catalyst for Healing & Growth"
The Elders Business Skool's aim was to bring to life the Eldership Niching Model and its Ethos and Ethics was founded on the Philosophy of Systemic Principles, what Bert Hellinger called The Orders of Love.
This meant that those who joined the Skool stepped into a Deep and Conscious Community that held clear boundaries around how to Safely Belong with each other and where each person was able to bring their Unique Individual Presence as part of a Healthy 'Whole' System.
The Skool became a Conscious Living Experience using Constellations and Leading Edge Teachings, to deeply support each person so they could embody this deeper wisdom and safely apply and integrate this approach into both their work, business, communities and personal life.
In this special, one off Live Podcast, Laila Elizabeth Risdon, CEO and Founder of Indigo Brave, https://www.indigobrave.com, (which she founded 29 years ago), will share with us her fascinating story and unique point of view / model (Niche) and her own personal journey of being a Founding Member of the Elders Business Skool.
In this special Podcast you will discover:
What does a 'Calling' to Eldership look like?
What does an Eldership Niche Model look like in Practice?
What's different about having an 'Eldership' Business?
What are some of the challenges of applying the Principles of Eldership with Organisations and Clients?
The Podcast will be recorded and they'll be opportunities to ask questions at the end.
