We’re teaming up with Dr. Kiri to bring you a Sunday morning that’s equal parts calm and empowering. Dr. Kiri is a Pilates instructor, chiropractor, mental health coach, and Māori healer (talk about credentials, right?).
We’re easing into the morning with mindful breathing exercises to wake the body and mind (because nobody likes a rushed Sunday). Then, it’s time to fire up those glutes and legs with a workout that strengthens your booty and your core—because a firm backside means hello to less back pain and goodbye to those desk-chair aches.
