As you breathe deeply and release what no longer serves you whilst accessing higher states of consciousness, you'll be guided by the rhythms of a live DJ curating beats that move both your body and spirit.

Rebecca Grainger

Rebecca is a transformational facilitator devoted to helping people come home to themselves. As a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, Reiki Teacher and coach she blends breathwork, energy healing and somatic therapy to create powerful spaces for emotional release, deep connection, and inner transformation. Her approach is heart-led, compassionate, and deeply healing, always with the intention to guide others back to their truth. This breathwork & energetics experience is one of her signature offerings, an invitation to reconnect, release, and remember the power within.

Solfa Frequency

Solfa, an ardent music enthusiast and DJ, discovered enchantment and significance in the realm of sound and vibration. Following her training in sound healing, she directed her focus toward creating sonic experiences, utilizing a fusion of instruments. From shamanic drums, Tibetan and crystal bowls, wind chimes to ocean drums, this harmonious interplay of melodies and frequencies is designed to evoke a sense of lightness and relaxation while stimulating your auditory sense and curiosity.

Safety and Medical Considerations

Breathwork is a powerful and supportive healing modality that can create shifts physically, emotionally, and energetically. While generally safe and deeply restorative, it may lead to physiological changes such as increased heart rate, altered breathing rhythms, tingling, emotional release, or mild non-ordinary states of consciousness.

My approach to Breathwork is trauma-informed, gentle, body-led, and non-forceful. We work with the breath - not against the body - focusing on nervous system awareness, emotional safety, and somatic integration.

Emotional releases, physical sensations (such as tingling, temperature shifts, or spontaneous movement), and subtle energetic changes are all natural during Breathwork.
You are always encouraged to move, pause, or rest as needed. This is a supportive, choice-led space where you are your highest authority and have agency over your body at all times.
Breathwork is not a substitute for medical treatment, therapy, or medication, but it can be a powerful complement when approached with care and awareness.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, it’s important to check in with yourself and your healthcare provider if needed, to ensure this practice is appropriate for you. You are always in choice throughout the session, and encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

Conditions that may require extra care or medical clearance include:

Recent surgery or physical trauma
Cardiovascular conditions or unmanaged high blood pressure
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Glaucoma or detached retina
Asthma (if unmanaged or exercise-induced)
Type 1 or 2 diabetes (especially if blood sugar is unstable)
Bipolar disorder or other psychiatric conditions (in active or unmanaged phases)
Pregnancy
