Beginning a breath work session??This is a great introduction to the breath, exploring our range of breathing from slow breathing to faster breathing.

An opportunity to create some space within, if you have been feeling a little overwhelmed or stressed of late. Being in conrol of your breath at all times, you can breathe freely and feel supported in a comfortable environment.

Connecting with others, where perhaps youv'e experienced some stress, grief, or just need some time out for you. This will be the perfect class to let go.

Please avoid caffeine a few hours prior.

BRING: Blanket, pillow, warm clothes, bolster if you have one.

water bottle

I look forward to sharing this space with you .
