THE BENEFITS?

Exposure to ice cold water reduces inflammation, up-regulates and boosts your immunity. Increases your metabolic rate and your autonomic nervous system threshold for stress.

Noradrenaline is increased by 540%, and Dopamine is increased by 250-300% which is why after an ice bath you feel INCREDIBLE!! This state can last up to 5 hours afterwards!

There are also studies that suggest that regular ice baths help to reduce anxiety, depression, manage PTSD triggers, and other mental and emotional disorders.

WHAT TO BRING:

- Your swimmers/clothes to ice bath in.

- A towel

- Some warm clothes for afterward!

- A bottle of water and a snack for afterward (if you want)
