This transcendent workshop combines ancient wisdom, modern science & transformative experiential practice to leave breathers equipped with tools to tap into their highest form of being - Bliss with every breath...
WHAT TO WEAR/ BRING: Comfortable clothes, drink bottle, eye pillow (optional). Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (we have some spares you can borrow).
WHAT TO EXPECT: This session is suitable for all levels of experience with pranayama & breathwork. We'll start with an introduction, outlining the intellectual grounding of this container and the structure of our time together; warmup, set intention, energise, cleanse, relax and then meditation/ integration followed by some time for Q + A. Be sure to have your last meal no later than 2hrs before our session & stay hydrated throughout the day.
