What if I told you that one conscious breath a day can help regulate the nervous system? Try it, how does it feel?

So what could a guided deep breathwork session assist with? 

As you know there are many aspects locked into your subconscious.These are hidden stored memories holding our reactions & emotions. Through this journey you can engage with your own unresolved parts through a gentle and encouraging process. This allows what needs to come to the surface to be witnessed and released.

The results can bring a sense of lightness, elation, or simply shed more clarity on your path. This can guide us towards more focus, more forgiveness and more balance.
