Breath, Song & Being
Event description
A 3-Hour Somatic Reset
Calm your nervous system. Soften into your body. Breathe into clarity. This 3-hour immersion is your invitation to regulate, release, and return to yourself. Through guided circular breathwork and devotional chanting, you’ll explore your inner landscape, quiet your mind, and expand your capacity for ease, expression, and embodied presence.
Led by Traeh Song—certified Clarity Breathwork practitioner, Kirtan Leader Institute trainee, and lead facilitator of The Intimacy Initiative—this space is designed to be both beginner-friendly and deeply transformational.
⸻
What to Expect:
Hour 1: Grounding into the space, setting intentions, gentle partner connection exercises, and introduction to circular breathing techniques
Hour 2: Guided breathwork journey to music
Hour 3: Savasana + group chanting (Kirtan) with live harmonium, integration journaling, and closing circle
You’ll be supported by a curated soundscape and live music throughout the journey.
Breathwork often opens the door to a wide range of somatic experiences—emotional release, deep rest, bliss, clarity, or a feeling of gentle reset. There’s no “right way” to journey—only your way. Come with curiosity, and let your body guide you.
