Event description

Join us for an immersive and transformative experience at the Deep Healing Breathwork event, hosted in the iconic Bondi Pavilion. Discover the profound power of breath while supporting two incredible charities: Huntington's Australia and Pieta House.

In this event, you'll embark on a journey of deep healing and self-discovery through intentional breathing techniques. Guided by Caoimhe Gibney, an advanced breathwork practitioner and many experienced breathwork facilitators trained by Caoimhe, you'll safely explore the potential of your breath to unlock emotional release, inner peace, and profound relaxation.

The Bondi Pavilion provides a stunning backdrop for this transformative experience, overlooking the beautiful Bondi Beach. As you engage in the rhythmic and cathartic process of breathwork, you'll be immersed in a supportive and nurturing environment, allowing you to let go of stress, tension, and energetic blockages.

Your participation will contribute to raising funds for Huntington's Australia and Pieta House, supporting much-needed resources, research, and awareness initiatives for these important causes.

This event is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Whether you're seeking emotional healing, stress relief, or a profound connection with yourself, join us for an evening of deep healing breathwork at the Bondi Pavilion. Reconnect with your breath, reconnect with yourself, and make a meaningful impact for Huntington's Australia and Pieta House.

Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today. Unlock the healing potential of your breath and support vital causes in the heart of Bondi.

About the charities:

Huntington’s Australia
is the national support service for people with Huntington’s Disease and their families. Huntington’s Disease (HD) is a terminal neurodegenerative genetic disease described as a mix between Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. Huntington’s Australia provides crucial resources such as counselling, education and community engagement. Bella’s goal is to help set up funding with Huntington’s Australia to assist with IVF expenses for HD families. Huntington’s Disease currently has no cure or treatment, but IVF can ensure that the HD gene is not passed on to the next generation. This means that the generational trauma of this disease can end with us.

Pieta House is a beacon of hope and healing for individuals and families affected by suicide and self-harm. Founded in 2006, Pieta House offers a lifeline to those struggling with mental health challenges, providing free, professional therapeutic services and support.

At Pieta House, we believe in the power of compassion and understanding. Our dedicated team of therapists and counselors offer a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to express their feelings, explore their emotions, and receive the support they need to heal. Our services include one-to-one counseling, therapy sessions for couples and families, and specialized workshops aimed at promoting mental well-being and suicide prevention. We work tirelessly to reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues and provide accessible, high-quality care to all those who reach out to us.Pieta House relies on the generosity of donors and supporters to continue our life-saving work. Every donation helps us expand our services, reach more individuals in need, and ultimately save lives. If you or someone you know is struggling, please don't hesitate to reach out to Pieta House. You are not alone, and together, we can work towards healing and hope."
