The summer season is back, and so are The Breath Sesh Community gatherings at Edinburgh Gardens on Monday nights! These sessions are for all levels of breathwork, offering you a chance to do something good for yourself while meeting new people in a relaxed, aligned state. Expect a chilled-out, safe environment to release, relax, and prepare for the week ahead.
