Hosted by ExpandHER, this is a guided breathwork and workshop experience designed specifically for female founders, a space to exhale the hustle for two hours and ask yourself the questions we usually play down:

What's the wildest version of this dream?
What's actually holding you back?

In a room where ambition is the floor, you will be guided through a breathwork session with facilitator Lisa Ryan, followed by immersive workshop where you have the next action steps to walk out the door in the direction of your vision.

This is a small, safe intimate room. Where dreams are born and glass ceilings are shattered.

What To Bring:

Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Pillow or cushion for support if preferred
Blanket and warm socks the body cools during breathwork
Journal
Comfortable, loose clothing
Some water
