Breathe & Flow for Pieta House Darkness Into Light

Join myself @ciarascalmcorner and Hayley @flowinghome for a gentle yoga flow, some journal prompts and conscious connected breathwork for Darkness Into Light, Pieta House! All proceeds and donations from this event will go to Pieta House.
Pieta was founded in Dublin in 2006 and was established to provide free, accessible support to people affected by suicide and self-harm. Pieta now has over 20 centres nationwide with over 300 staff and offers a variety of supports to people impacted by suicide and self-harm, completely FREE of charge.
We want to hold this event to help Pieta to continue to provide the amazing free care that they do.
