Join Shannon (@yourwellbeingwarrior) and Krystal (@intuitevlykrystal) for an evening of deep connection, healing, and empowerment at our next Breathe & Flow event, held at the beautiful Eternal Living Studio on Friday, 15th November from 7pm to 9pm.

This special gathering combines Breathwork, Spinal Energetics, and a soothing Sound Bath to guide you on a journey of inner release and transformation. Breathwork will help you clear stagnant energy and tension, while Spinal Energetics supports the free flow of energy through the spine, awakening your body’s natural healing power. The soothing sounds of the singing bowls will help you move deeper into relaxation and restoration.

We'll conclude with a connection circle - a sacred space for both men and women to come together, to be seen, heard, and supported by a community of like-minded, genuine souls. This is a time for sharing stories, insights, and encouragement in a safe, non-judgmental environment where every voice matters.

Our first event was a huge success, and it became clear that our community needed more of these powerful experiences. We are excited to offer this evening once again to those who seek healing, connection, and growth.
