Rachel is a breathwork practitioner, yoga teacher, nurse, and space holder who creates grounded, supportive spaces for women to connect, breathe, share, and reconnect with themselves.

Her events weave together breathwork, embodiment practices, reflection, conversation, and community in a way that feels honest, welcoming, and deeply human.

Women often leave her spaces feeling lighter, more connected to themselves, emotionally supported, and reminded that they don’t need to have everything figured out to belong.
