Breathe Better - Live Better - Foundation You Workshop series 3/3

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Did you know that the average human takes around 25,900 breaths a day?

Breathing is such an automatic process that most of us don't think twice about it.

But what if compensation patterns and faulty breathing are running the show?

You could end up doing a lot of reps with bad form!In this workshop, you'll learn a few simple self-assessment techniques to identify restrictions in your breathing, connect the dots between your breath and your posture, and emotional well-being, and most importantly, get a toolbox of exercises and techniques to address the imbalances.

Mastering your breath can help balance your body and mind, and soften anxiety and stress.

It also gives you a free tool to stay more centered and calm when facing stressful events in your life.

Martin has studied yoga, breathwork, and multiple therapeutic disciplines that use the breath to aid the healing process, and he's excited to share his knowledge with you.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to improve your breathing and overall well-being.
