Begin your Friday morning with a practice that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.
Each session weaves together gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, with elements inspired by Kabbalah and Ayurveda.
The classes shift with the seasons, the group, and the moment — sometimes still and restorative, other times more dynamic and energising. You are always invited to adapt the practice to your body, rather than forcing your body into the practice.
The practice builds flexibility, strength, and resilience — physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s a beautiful way to step into the weekend with clarity, balance, and energy.
