6 weeks of guided breathwork with Breathing Room

🧘♀️ Only 8 spots per class - bookings essential
Step into The Breath Cycle - a series of breathwork sessions to regulate, restore and energise your nervous system through the power of intentional breath.
Each Wednesday evening, we will move through a curated breath flow to support your nervous system and emotional wellbeing.
Alternating between session types:
Melt - a calming, parasympathetic focused session to help you slow down and soften (sessions 1, 3 & 5).
Ignite - an energising`, sympathetic focused session to awaken. uplift and unlock (sessions 2, 4 & 6).
This is your space to breathe deeper, connect inward and explore the full spectrum of your internal landscape.

To support your wellbeing and ensure a safe experience, this session is not recommended for individuals who the following conditions:
Cardiovascular Disease
Detached Retina or Glaucoma
Brain or Abdominal Aneurysm
Epilepsy
Diagnosed Schizophrenia
Uncontrolled Diabetes
Thyroid Conditions
High Blood Pressure
Pregnancy
