expression.
For the majority of us, breathing has been a subconscious behaviour for 99% of our lives.
When breathing techniques are applied consciously, they can unlock your potential and discover all that you are capable of being in this world.
You can also use them to restore your vitality and come home to your most authentic self.
IN THIS DAY WORKSHOP YOU WILL:
• learn the science of breath behind breathing techniques you can easily integrate into your day
• find out how to access and influence your inner pharmacy for health and optimal performance.
• experience how to increase oxygen efficiency to cells for improving vitality & wellbeing
• practice simple, powerful breathing techniques to manage stress & anxiety and change your state
• learn how to minimize symptoms of breathlessness & asthma
• practice how to enhance blood circulation to the brain and organs
• discover how to improve the function of your immune system
• learn how to imprint more empowering beliefs and habits to manifest what you want in your life
• be guided through a transformational 1hour SOMA breathwork session
WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?
It is for people who are into accessing their peak performance in mind and body, personal growth, emotional healing, and living a more conscious, open-hearted, and joyful life.
No previous experience required.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early for a 9.30am start
• Wear casual, comfortable clothes
• This workshop is limited to 12 people
• Lunch is included

• Blindfold or scarf
• Cushion or bolster
CONTRAINDICATIONS

• acute somatic and viral diseases
• pregnancy
• chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III)
• chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal illness
• individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency
• cancer, unless IHT is prescribed by a doctor
• epilepsy, pacemakers or heart arrhythmias, unless treatment (including IHT) is under direct medical supervision.
ABOUT STEVE
Steve is a highly experienced International Breath Master Coach & Mentor with SOMA Breath and an Advanced
Instructor with Oxygen Advantage.
He facilitates retreats, workshops, classes, private sessions and speaks at conferences. Steve is continually learning and sharing the science and techniques of breathwork practices locally and internationally.
