- Join Marcel Hof, renowned breathwork facilitator (and brother of Wim Hof, the Iceman), for a transformative breathwork session and option cold immersion experience event in Hastings, Hawkes Bay. During the session, Marcel will provide a brief introduction, sharing the philosophy and technique behind breathwork. You will then participate in breathwork sessions, accompanied by meditation that will leave you feeling grounded and uplifted.
Following the breathwork sessions, an optional cold immersion experience will take place for 2.5 minutes per individual. This invigorating practice involves immersing your body in cold water, which offers numerous benefits for your physical and mental well-being.
