Join Marcel Hof, renowned breathwork facilitator (and brother of Wim Hof, the Iceman), for a transformative breathwork session and option cold immersion experience event in Hastings, Hawkes Bay. Marcel's extensive experience in breathwork has led to the discovery of powerful techniques that have helped countless individuals overcome stress, anxiety, and various mental, physical, and emotional challenges.

During the session, Marcel will provide a brief introduction, sharing the philosophy and technique behind breathwork. You will then participate in breathwork sessions, accompanied by meditation that will leave you feeling grounded and uplifted.

Following the breathwork sessions, an optional cold immersion experience will take place for 2.5 minutes per individual. This invigorating practice involves immersing your body in cold water, which offers numerous benefits for your physical and mental well-being.

Benefits of Cold Immersion:
1. Reduced inflammation: Cold immersion helps to reduce inflammation in the body, which can alleviate pain and promote faster recovery from injuries.
2. Improved circulation: The exposure to cold water stimulates blood flow and enhances circulation, which can boost overall cardiovascular health.
3. Increased alertness and energy: Cold immersion activates the sympathetic nervous system, leading to increased alertness, focus, and energy levels.
4. Enhanced immune function: Cold exposure has been shown to strengthen the immune system, making you more resilient to illnesses.
5. Stress relief: Cold immersion triggers the release of endorphins, providing a natural mood boost and reducing stress levels.
6. Mental resilience: By voluntarily exposing yourself to discomfort and overcoming it, cold immersion can help build mental resilience and willpower.
7. Increased metabolism: Cold water exposure can temporarily boost your metabolic rate, potentially aiding in weight management.

Please note that cold immersion should be approached with caution, and individuals with certain medical conditions should consult with their healthcare provider before participating.

You will need to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Cushion or pillow
- Blanket (optional)
Swimwear & towel for cold immersion
