Beneath the Busy is a fortnightly Breathwork & Meditation Journey created for anyone craving a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, this is your invitation to pause.

Each fortnight explores a different theme, from letting go and softening, to boundaries, rest, trust and renewal. Every session offers a unique experience, while gently building on the last.

You're welcome to attend one session that speaks to you or make it a regular part of your self-care rhythm.

Together, we'll move through guided breathwork, a restorative meditation, gentle nervous system regulation, and time for quiet reflection in a warm, supportive space.

No experience is needed.

No pressure.

Just a place where you can put everything down for a little while.

What's Included

Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an eye mask if you have one.

After booking, you'll receive a short health questionnaire. Breathwork isn't suitable during pregnancy or for some cardiovascular or psychiatric conditions, so please get in touch if you're unsure.
