Conscious connected mouth breathing allows us to active the medicine within an explore altered states of consciousness, release any stagnant stored emotions, and access our intuition and inner guidance resulting in restoration and repair of the body on a cellular level. 

You are held in a Safe, Secure and Empowered space, activating your own inner authority, wisdom & knowing and experience the potent medicine of your own self healing. A space to get out of your head and into your heart ♥️ 

You will leave having experienced a deep level of healing, feeling lighter, emotionally balanced, inspired & empowered.

• Yoga Mat 

• Cushion for your under your knees 

• Blanket 

• Water bottle

WHAT TO WEAR: 

• Loose, comfortable fitting clothes. Nothing tight or restrictive and please bring some socks as your feet may get cold. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 
The practice of Breathwork can be intense and should not be done in the following cases:

• Pregnant women
• If you are under the influence of recreational drugs
• High dose of medication that alters brain chemistry (anxiolytics or antidepressants)
• High blood pressure.
• Cardiovascular disease, history of heart attack or stroke
• Severe asthma
• Epilepsy
• Osteoporosis
• Retinal detachment and/or glaucoma
• Recent surgery or injuries (complete healing required).
