• Cushion for your under your knees

• Blanket

• Water bottle

WHAT TO WEAR:

• Loose, comfortable fitting clothes. Nothing tight or restrictive and please bring some socks as your feet may get cold.

The practice of Breathwork can be intense and should not be done in the following cases:

Pregnant women
If you are under the influence of recreational drugs
High dose of medication that alters brain chemistry (anxiolytics or antidepressants)
High blood pressure.
Cardiovascular disease, history of heart attack or stroke
Severe asthma
Epilepsy
Osteoporosis
Retinal detachment and/or glaucoma
Recent surgery or injuries (complete healing required).
